We host the party so that you can enjoy it as if you were an invited guest
* Shared in the creative process. However, themes and decorations are usually chosen.
* Works with client to establish a timeline for the flow of the party.
* Can assist with set up and clean up (no dishes)
* Can Serve food if requested (no cooking)
* Usually no less than 6 months before the event

Day-of-Coordinating
Ensure everything runs smoothly on day of event
Designed for small weddings, renewing vows, Sweet 16, and more. We manage the events of the day the client has worked so hard to plan. Client can relax and enjoy the celebration.
* The creative process is generally left to the client. Venders are secured by the client.
* Creating and executing the timeline.
* Does not include set up or clean up.
* a Rehearsal day
* Usually no less than 1 month prior to event
Event Planning
Creation, Organization, and Execution
Help design, plan, and manage your special occasion celebration.
* Part of the creative process with the client. Collaborates with client by responding to their needs and offering suggestions.
* Assist with choosing of venues and creating floor plan/seating plan
* Manages invitations, RSVPs, and cancellations
* Assist with securing service vendors such as DJ/musicians, catering, photographers, etc.
* Creating and executing the timeline
* Manages vendors on day of set up and day of event
* a Rehearsal day
* Usually no less than 1 year prior to event

Pricing, Deposit, and Refunds
Pricing for services is determined by needs of the client, time frames, and other factors. Please reach out for information and services that meets your budget.
A deposit will be required to secure the date. The amount is determined by reservation date and services needed and is unique for each client.
Refunds are available but amount is determined according to cancellation date and event date.
