Essentials Day of Package

starting at $600

This package is your core, essential service package. It's for the couple who loves the planning process and has everything organized, but wants to hand over the reins for the big day. Most vendors are covered with venue. Usually starts between 4 weeks prior to the event. 

~ Initial Consultation ~

We will have an initial meeting via phone or video call to discuss details and services. 

~ Final Vendor Confirmation ~

We will contact vendors not part of venue, such as DJ, photographer, etc, 1 week before the wedding to confirm arrival times, schedules, last minute details, and on-the-spot questions. Includes a scheduled venue walk through. 

~ Timeline Formulation ~

We will formulize a timeline for the ceremony and reception focusing on key, non-negotiable moments of the day. 

  ~ Rehearsal Coordination ~

We will manage a 60 minute ceremony rehearsal at the ceremony site, ensuring everyone in the wedding party knows their role and their cues.

~ Ceremony Support ~

We will cue wedding party and musicians for the processional and recessional. 

~ Problem Solving ~

We shall discreetly handle any minor issues. 

~ Onsite Management ~

Coordinator will be onsite for minimum of 6-8 hours customized to your design geared to manage the flow of ceremony, cocktail hour, reception in addition to verification of vender set up. Does not include labored set up or clean up/tear down.

This package is for the couple who wants a higher level of support and an extra set of hands on their wedding day. It's perfect for weddings with larger guest count. Can start 2 months prior to event, but not less than 6 weeks before event. 

 ~ Let's Coordinate Consultation ~

We will schedule a collaborative, one-on-one in person or video chat session designed to give you a clear plan and peace of mind. 

~ Detailed Vendor Confirmation ~

We can become the  primary point of contact for all vendors 6 weeks prior to event handling all communication, questions, and logistical details. Includes a scheduled venue walk through. 

~ Timeline Creation ~

We will work with couple to create a detailed hour by hour timeline for the ceremony and reception.  

  ~ Rehearsal Coordination ~

We will manage a 60 minute ceremony rehearsal at the ceremony site, ensuring everyone in the wedding party knows their role and their cues. 

~ Personal Item Management ~

We will take care of details, like placing guest book, favors, escort cards, and creating/managing seating chart.

This package is for the couple who planned their wedding with care but need an expert to bring all the pieces together into a perfectly polished event the day of. It's perfect for weddings with larger guest count or a more complex setup. Can start 4 months prior to event, but not less than 2 months before event. 

~Personalized Consultation ~

We will schedule an in person, detailed consultation. We will review all vendor contracts, discuss vision, and ensure that every element of your wedding from the floral arrangements to the seating charts works together seamlessly.  

~Critical Vendor Management ~

We are the managers for all vendors. We start by going over contracts and vendor visions to become a unified aesthetic. The day of, we will conduct and orchestrate vender set up and arrangements to ensure alignment with your vision. Includes a scheduled venue walk through.  

~ Timeline Curation ~

We will work  to create a highly-stylized narrative for the day from start to finish.

Responsibilities will vary per event. Responsibilities include, but not limited to:

Vendor Management: Act as the main point of contact for all vendors, ensuring vendors are on time, set up correctly, and fulfill their contracts. 

Timeline Management: Create and manage the day's timeline, ensuring that all events progress according to schedule. 

Troubleshooting: Handle any unexpected issues or challenges that arise on the day of event. 

Cueing and Directing: Cue vendors & key personnel for key moments of the event.

Providing Peace of Mind: Offer emotional support and a sense of calmness to the couple and/or hostess so that the they can fully enjoy the celebration without worrying about logistics. 

Travel Time

Zone 1: 0-45 miles =  no travel fee

Zone 2: 46 -90 miles = $35 flat rate

Zone 3: 91 - 120 miles = $45 flat rate

Zone 4: 121+ = overnight accommodations rate

Essentials Day of Package reserved less than 4 weeks $25

offers Elopement service for those wanting a less formal type Wedding 

 For couple's who want an private ceremony to say "I Do!" Performed at a location of your choosing.  

 Time duration no more the 30 minutes.
