How It Works:

- Sign & Go: Meet up, verify IDs, and sign the paperwork. (No witnesses required by Texas law!)
- Filing: Signed license return to county clerk.

How It Works:

- Sign & Go: Meet up and verify IDs.
- Ceremony: Pre-scripted with declaration of intent, vow exchange, exchange of rings (No witnesses required by Texas law!) Not a traditional wedding ceremony.
- Filing: Signed license return to county clerk.
Additional Information
Consultations & Booking
- On-Location Consultations: A $25 non-refundable retainer is due upfront if you request an initial consultation at a location of your choosing.
- Booking Credit: Once you officially book your event with us, that $25 payment is automatically applied as a credit toward your deposit.
- Complimentary Consultations: There is no retainer fee if we meet virtually or at a designated location of our choosing.
Travel & Mileage
- Mileage: Some venue locations may be subject to mileage fee.
- Rate: Travel is calculated at $0.45 per mile.
- Distance: Mileage is determined using Google Maps from our starting location to your venue.
Deposits & Payments
- Secure Your Date: To officially reserve your wedding date, a deposit is required. It is calculated using this simple formula: (Package Rate + Mileage/2) or $50, whichever is greater.
- Final Balance: Your remaining balance is due the day before your wedding date.
Cancellation & Refund Policy
If you need to cancel, the refund amount depends on how close the cancellation is to the ceremony date. All refunds are subject to a $15 cancellation fee and exclude the non-refundable retainer.
The refund schedule is structured as follows:
- 31+ days before: 100% refund of the deposit.
- 16–30 days before: 50% refund of the deposit.
- 15 days or less before: Completely non-refundable.
Officiant Details: All packages feature a newly ordained female officiant. Right Choice Partyz does not have a male officiant available at this time.
