     A kickoff meeting (30 - 60 minutes) to discuss expectation of services

     Draft out the party flow: games, cake, pinata, presents 

-up to 4 hours

     Each additional 30 minutes $20 

     2 of the 4 hours: choose for set up assistance, clean-up assistance,  party time

RCP Host expectations

-Arrives 30 minutes prior to event 

     (up to 150 minutes if assisting with set up)

-up to 2 party games (prizes not included)

-1 activity (prize not included)

-group digital photo/10 additional digital photos

-personalized digital invitation

-assist with serving of food

-research 1 vendors

Additional Information

* Package for 10 children. 

* Each additional child $1.50. 

* No fee for adult guests in attendance unless participating in games and other activities. 

* Adult guests participating in games/activities $1.00. 

* $15 fee for parties scheduled less than 2 weeks

* Mileage is calculated using google maps 78130

* Calculated at .45 cents per mile

*  For initial consultation at your requested location, a $25 non-refundable retainer is due up front. After booking your event service with us, the $25 payment will be applied as  a credit towards your deposit. For birthday month winners, this will be refunded at the end of the event.

* A deposit and signed contract is required to secure your date.
