*Pre-Event 

     - Initial consult to go over services

     - 45 minute consult 2 weeks before the party

     - Review of layout, food set up, and playlist

     - Creation of a tight, stress-free evening timeline

* Hosting Services

     - greeting guests

     - assist with food and drink 

     - assist with gathering guests for toasts and cake presentation

     - monitor food station replenishment, full drinks

     - 4 activity/party game (prizes not included)

     - digital group photo/20 additional photos of the evening

     - Gift card for guest of honor

     - digital custom invitation

     - Arrives 30 minutes prior to event

* up to 8 hours 

     - Time management at your discretion: set up/break down/hosting time

     - Assist with meticulously style tables, centerpieces, runners, and custom signage

     - break down and gather trash 

     - Vendor search to include decorations, prize ideas, etc

     - Serving as point of contact for hired vendors 1 week prior to event

     - Each additional 30 minutes $20 

Additional Information

*  Up to 50 guests 

* Each additional guest fee $2.50 (case by case basis)

* $15 fee for parties scheduled less than 30 days of event

* Mileage is calculated using google maps 78130

* Calculated at .45 cents per mile

*  For initial consultation at your requested location, a $25 non-refundable retainer is due up front. After booking your event service with us, the $25 payment will be applied as  a credit towards your deposit. For birthday month winners, this will be refunded at the end of the event.

* A deposit and signed contract is required to secure your date.
